My artwork has always been about some aspect of people and the society in which they live.  I often deal with fashion, and its tremendous impact on women and men in America's culture.  In my most recent paintings, I focused on characteristics of women that have become so over scrutinized by society.  These characteristics are often used to classify women in respect to beauty.  I ask the question what is beauty?  I often find myself laughing at the outrageous demands of today's society on women to be more beautiful
I work with all media.  Most of my recent works are paintings, both acrylic and oil.  I often work on multiple canvases and arrange them together as a whole work.  I strive to challenge myself daily with new media.
